Melissa is Assistant to Miller PR CEO Dawn Miller and an Account Coordinator in the agency’s Entertainment Division.
Prior to joining Miller PR, Melissa interned remotely with Castillo & Ruig Communications, a Santa Monica-based public relations agency specializing in luxury hotels and resorts. Melissa gained additional PR experience during her senior year at California State University, Chico, by interning at Tehama Group Communications, the school’s student-managed public relations agency. Some of the clients Melissa worked with at Tehama included Boys and Girls Club of the North Valley, United Way of Northern California and Chico State’s Office of Diversity.
Melissa recently graduated cum laude from Chico State earning a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a public relations emphasis. She was honored as the Outstanding Public Relations Graduate of the Year. After studying abroad in Italy in her junior year, Melissa discovered her passion for international travel. |
